We operate within Dhaka Metropolitan City and deliver daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts

3. Orders & Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

  • Once processing (cutting, cleaning, marinating, or cooking) has started, cancellation may not be possible.

  • Customized or cooked orders cannot be cancelled once preparation begins.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed in local currency and may change without prior notice.

  • We ensure reasonable pricing through direct sourcing.

  • Payment may be made via online payment methods or cash on delivery.

  • Rs Sea Food reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

5. Delivery Policy

  • Delivery is available within the Dhaka Metropolitan City.

  • Delivery hours: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM, 7 days a week.

  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

6. Product Quality & Weight Variation

  • As we deal with fresh and natural products, slight variations in weight, size, and appearance may occur.

  • Cleaned or processed items may weigh less than whole products due to trimming and cleaning.

  • We maintain strict hygiene standards in our processing center.

7. Return & Refund

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

  • Returns are only accepted under valid quality issues.

  • Complaints must be reported within the specified time after delivery.

  • Refunds or replacements will be processed after verification.
