At Rs Seafood, we are committed to providing our customers in Dhaka Metropolitan City with fresh, safe, and high-quality seafood, meat, poultry, fruits, and vegetables. Because we deal primarily with fresh and perishable food items, our return policy is designed to ensure fairness, food safety, and customer satisfaction.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Nature of Products

Most of our products (sea fish, freshwater fish, beef, goat, lamb, chicken, eggs, duck, birds, fruits, vegetables, and cooked items) are fresh and perishable. Due to health and hygiene reasons, we generally do not accept returns once products have been delivered.


2. Eligible Return Conditions

We will accept return or replacement requests only under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product was damaged during delivery

  • The product is spoiled or not fresh at the time of delivery

  • The quantity delivered does not match your order

  • Packaging is tampered with before delivery

To be eligible for return or replacement:

  • You must notify us within 2 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

  • You must provide photo or video proof (if requested)


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been partially consumed

  • Items were stored improperly after delivery

  • Orders returned due to a change of mind

  • Marinated or cooked food items once delivered (unless quality issues are proven)

  • Items reported after the allowed complaint period


4. Refund Policy

If your return request is approved:

  • You may receive a replacement product, or

  • A refund to your original payment method, or

  • A store credit for future purchases

Refund processing time:

  • Online payments: 3–7 working days

  • Cash on delivery: Refund via bank transfer or store credit within 3–5 working days

Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider.


5. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before processing begins.

  • Once processing or cutting has started, cancellation may not be possible.

  • Cooked or customized orders cannot be cancelled once preparation begins.

To cancel an order, please get in touch with us immediately.
